This Community of Practice focuses on the ins and outs of state financing activities, including but not limited to alternate financing (e.g., cash loan programs); device distribution programs; cooperative buying; and other strategies that help people acquire AT.
Subject: Sustainability in State Financing: Maximizing Impact with Existing Resources
Description: This session focuses on practical strategies to make the most of existing resources, helping programs strengthen their impact, improve efficiency, and establish a sustainable foundation for future growth. Participants will explore real-world examples of successful programs, learn how to rethink growth with an efficiency-driven mindset, and uncover ways to streamline workflows and leverage local partnerships. Through interactive problem-solving and peer collaboration, attendees will identify optimization opportunities within their programs and develop actionable solutions. By the end of the session, participants will leave with practical steps to enhance sustainability and maximize outcomes using current resources.
Participants: This CoP is open to all AT Act Program staff and subcontractors interested in State Financing Activities.
