More than ever, organizations are not only expected to grapple with centuries of structural discrimination—their sustainability requires it. Traditional “Diversity & Inclusion” initiatives continue to fail underrepresented populations, as well as organizations seeking transformative change. For true diversity and inclusion, organizations must address more comprehensively their internal structures by intentionally centering the needs of those negatively impacted by these systems.

This FREE 1.5-hour interactive workshop facilitated by Amber Thompson, founder of de-bias, will help entrepreneurs:

• Identify inequities in their industry, region, and organization
• Establish policies, procedures, and practices that commit to equitable principles and values
• Retool and strategize to mitigate creating future problems or the perpetuation of existing problems
